NEWTON CENTRE, MA -- October 16, 1995 -- Segue Software today announced the appointment of J. Jeffrey Bingenheimer to the new position of vice president and chief financial officer.

Bingenheimer has more than ten years experience with fast-growing software companies. He joins Segue from CenterLine Software, Inc., where he served as vice president of finance and administration since 1991. Previously, he served as vice president of finance and administration for Index Technology, where he assisted in venture capital financing, was the principal manager of a successful initial public offering, and was an active participant in the company's merger with Sage Software. Bingenheimer also has nearly 20 years additional experience in accounting management positions for several manufacturing companies. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshal College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and is a certified public accountant.
